GBENGA OLANIYAN
“Chairman, Estate Links Group"
Gbenga is a qualified Estate Surveyor and Valuer. A graduate of the University of Lagos, he left the Institution with a B.Sc. (Hons) Estate Management in 1987.
After having some pre-qualification experience in the real estate world, he worked for Fox and Company (Estate Surveyors and Valuers) between October 1987 and November 1992 and resigned as a Senior Estate Surveyor. He had a brief stint with Rainbow Home Savings and Loans Limited (Mortgage Bankers) from December 1992 to April 1993 as the Assistant General Manager (Estate) after which he resigned to pioneer Estate Links Ltd and Gbenga Olaniyan & Associates.

He is presently the  Chairman, Board of Directors of Estate Links Limited (International real estate Consultants). Estatelinks Limited is the international arm of the real estate practice with offices in Surrey, England; Philadelphia, USA and affiliates in South Africa.

He is a past member of the national MCPD committee of the Nigerian institution of estate surveyors and valuers as well as having been a past member of the Professional Practice Committee.

He is a Fellow of Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors & Valuers (NIESV); Fellow, Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), International Institute of Rating and Revenue Valuation (U.K); the International Real Estate Institute (IREI) USA, and the International Real Estate Federation (FIABCI).

Gbenga is regularly invited to corporate events to speak on real estate and construction, the most notable being the Africa Day at the London Business school and Harvard Business School respectively where he was a guest speaker and given a rating of “outstanding” by the African students of the institution (2012). He has attended several executive courses over the years including the Lagos Business School for the chief executive programme, the University of Liverpool, UK, for his MBA, the Harvard Business School, Boston USA.

YEMI STEPHENS
Managing Partner
Yemi is a Partner in the firm with cognate work experience spanning over 20 years. He has worked with various reputable Estate firms and property companies.
He was with Bode Adediji Partnership (Estate Surveyors and Valuers) for 5 years where he rose to become a Senior Estate Surveyor saddled with the responsibility of overseeing the valuation and property management departments and later a Branch Manager and Assistant General Manager (Operations).
By virtue of his position as the head of valuation department, Yemi has been involved in major nationwide valuation exercises in Nigeria for Financial Institutions, Government, Individuals, Corporate organizations and Blue chip companies. He has visited 35 out of the 36 states in Nigeria for valuation assignments.
Yemi later joined Fine & Country International Realty as a Senior Manager (Sales & Letting) with opportunity of international real estate exposure. He is a graduate of Stratford Academy, UK and University of Sunderland, U.K. He is also a member of African Real Estate Society and an associate of the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers(NIESV). Yemi is a member of the Royal Institution Chartered Surveyors (RICS). He has benefited from various property related seminars, conferences and workshops both within and outside Nigeria.
JOE QUINONES,
Managing Partner, Estate Links, USA
Joe was born and raised in New York City and manages Estate Links USA office in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He has over 20 years experience in acquiring, developing and managing real estate in both Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA and Lagos, Nigeria and is a licensed broker in the state of Pennsylvania
Joe’s last assignment was as the Chief Operating Officer of Primrose Development Company, which is a subsidiary of First City Monument Bank in Lagos, Nigeria. In addition to co-authoring and leading the execution of Primrose’s strategic plan, Joe was the assistant development manager for Heritage Place, which is a $140M high end office tower in Ikoyi, Lagos, Nigeria. Prior to his assignment in Nigeria, Joe was the founder and managing partner of CityLife Property Development and Management, which redeveloped and repositioned several rental units in Philadelphia and managed over 100 rental units.
Mr. Quinones has an MBA in real estate and finance from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and graduated magna cum laude from Temple University with a Bachelor of Business Administration with concentrations in international business administration and accounting. He also did post graduate studies in Yoruba history at Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile Ife, Nigeria.
Joe has a 25 year history of being a leader in providing support and services to impoverished communities in Philadelphia, New York, and Nigeria. He is a board member of Community Partnership School, and is the past board chairman of Kulu Mele African Dance and Drum Ensemble.
OLUBIYI AYODEJI
Biyi is the managing director of Acuity Assets Limited, the partner company of Estate Links Limited in the United Kingdom (UK). He is a seasoned property investor and a graduate of Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, Nigeria. Since relocating to the United Kingdom in 1989, he has had over sixteen years of experience in property development and management across the UK.
He was previously employed as a business consultant at one of the largest IT firms in Europe and has a wealth of international experience having successfully delivered substantial projects in the real estate, telecommunications and print media industries. He has also worked in the past as a policy adviser to two successive Lord Chancellors in the UK.
Acuity Assets Limited went into partnership with Estate Links Limited in 2011 and the company runs all development, lettings, management and sales operations in the UK on behalf of the group.
ADEJUMOKE AKURE 
In a professional career spanning over 23 years, which started off in Estate Management under the professional guidance in the reputable firms of Adegbemile Agangan Akinlosotu & Co., Shote Dawodu & Co and Akin Olawore & Co.; Adejumoke has accumulated extensive experience in Property Management, Valuation, Agency, facilities management, hospital facilities & operations management, healthcare services management, technologies, training and skills development. From an unsure involvement in Healthcare management, Adejumoke has deepened her passion and grown her competency as a zealous driver of excellence in service delivery.
She has coordinated and supported international quality accreditations such as JCI (Joint Commission International) and Cohsasa (Council of Health Services Accreditation of South Africa), she also served as an invited quality auditor for the Cohsasa team in Nigeria. She conducts various international fact-finding project teams in Nigeria, workshops and seminars.
Prior to coming on board at GOA/Estatelinks, she served as the Chief Executive Officer of a social enterprise (Pro-medic Support Services Ltd), which was set up as support services hub to provide hospital and pre-hospital assistance services to healthcare and non -healthcare corporate organizations.
Adejumoke is an associate of the Nigerian institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers (NIESV), a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), the International Facilities Management Association (IFMA) as well as the Independent CPR and AED instructor group
DAPO AWOSIKA
Dapo is the company secretary and legal adviser and has been on the board of Estate Links Ltd since inception in 1993.
His working career started with the Legal Aid Council and subsequently Wole Olufon & Co, Olu Akinnuoye Agbaje & Co and Uche Nwokedi & Co.
He is a member of Nigerian Bar Association, International bar Association, Negotiation & Conflict Management Group and Christian Lawyers Fellowship of Nigeria (CLASFON).
